At present, Professional Beauty Supplies ships out of our St. John’s warehouse on a daily basis (Monday - Friday). We ship to all areas of Newfoundland and Labrador. We primarily ship via Sameday Courier and Canada Post, however depending on your region, we also use various local couriers and delivery companies.
Shipping is based on weight. We have internal computer and scale systems that are fully networked with Sameday Courier and Canada Post in order to calculate accurate and precise shipping costs.
We aim to ship orders promptly upon receiving them. Many orders ship the same day they are received or within 1 business day. This may vary during peak periods and depending on volume of orders received.
PBS offers a free local delivery service to salons and spas in the greater St. John’s area. Orders received before 12 Noon (Monday - Friday) will be sent out for delivery the same day. This may vary during peak times. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday.
Returns
Any loss, short shipment or damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of product. For sanitary and health reasons, Hair Extensions are a final sale item.

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Interac/Debit, cheque and C.O.D.
Returned cheques are subject to a $25 service charge.
All products remain property of Professional Beauty Supplies until paid in full.
